Enter your website and we will look for images on it. We read the page, never store it, and keep only the address you pick.

A small glyph before each line — envelope, phone, map pin, link. Loaded from subsigno.com when the mail is opened, like the social icons, and never logged. Layouts that keep the details on one line show none.
How wide the signature may get. The banner spans it and the disclaimer wraps at it. Outlook on Windows sizes the rest to its content and ignores the cap — the guides explain why.

Move a line with the arrows and choose its size. A line moves within its own group: who you are stays beside the image, your details stay underneath.

One image for everyone. Outlook drops media queries, so a separate mobile version cannot be chosen reliably; this one scales to the width available. Make it as wide as your signature and export it at twice that — 1200px for the default 600px width — so it stays sharp on a modern screen. Any height works; the proportions are kept. Keep the file under about 200 KB: it is downloaded on every mail you send.

Set the company details once, lock what should not change, and send the link to your team. Everyone opening it starts from your branding and fills in only their own name and contact details. The setup travels inside the link itself, so nothing is stored anywhere.
