Why it holds up

Built for the clients people actually read mail in

Tables, inlined styles, explicit image dimensions, and the few Microsoft-specific rules Word's rendering engine needs. No flexbox, no grid, no custom properties — none of which survive the trip into Outlook. Every rule is written down next to the client behaviour it exists for, and the preview shows you Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, light and dark.

Nothing is uploaded

The generator runs entirely in your browser. Leave the optional contact box unticked — it is unticked by default — and using Subsigno makes no network request at all after the page loads. Your logo stays on your own server: we take the address, never the image.

One link for the whole team

Set the company's logo, colour and layout once, lock what must not change, and send the link. Everyone who opens it starts from your branding and fills in only their own name and details. The setup travels inside the link, after the # — the part browsers never send to any server, including ours.

Five languages, in full

English, Portuguese, French, Spanish and Italian, translated completely: the editor, the install guides, the legal pages, and the small “Made with Subsigno” line inside the signature itself. A missing translation fails our build rather than quietly showing you English.

For teams

A company signature is only consistent if being consistent is the easy path. Subsigno turns your setup into a single link you can put in an onboarding document and forget about.

There is no admin panel and no account to manage, because there is nothing stored: the link is the configuration.
