Reporting abuse

If an image hosted on img.subsigno.com should not be there, or a banner link on subsigno.com/go/ leads somewhere it should not, tell us. You do not need an account, you do not need to be a customer, and you do not need to explain the law to us — a URL is enough to act on.

How to report

Write to abuse(at)subsigno.com with the full URL of the image. If you can, say what is wrong with it and how we can reach you if we need to ask something.

One report can carry several URLs. If the same image is in several places, list them all — each one is a separate file to us.

What we do next

Every report is read by a person, not a filter.

Where a report is valid, the content is blocked without delay, and hosting for the account behind it may be suspended or ended.

We keep a record of the notice and of what was decided about it, so a decision can be looked at again later.

If you gave us a way to reach you, we tell you what was decided. If you reported anonymously we cannot, and that is a fair trade — an anonymous report is still acted on.

If your image was blocked

Write to the same address, say which URL and why you think the decision was wrong, and a person will look at it again.

What this address is not

It is not support. A question about making a signature, or about an image that simply is not showing, goes to the help page instead — that route is read faster and by somebody who can actually fix it.
