Terms
Subsigno is free, needs no account, and is offered as it stands. These terms are short because there is not much to say.
What this is
Subsigno builds email signature markup in your browser and gives it to you to paste into your mail client. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay, and nothing to cancel.
Help with your setup is available as a separate paid service, quoted in writing before any work starts. Nothing about the tool depends on it.
No warranty
The tool is provided as it is, without any guarantee. Email clients differ and change without notice, and the preview is a simulation of documented behaviour rather than the client itself.
Send yourself a test message before rolling a signature out to anyone. We are not liable for how a signature renders, for mail that is not delivered, or for any loss that follows from using the tool.
Your signature is yours
The details you enter and the markup produced from them belong to you. We claim no rights over either, and you may use the result commercially without asking.
The small “Made with Subsigno” line is on by default and can be switched off in the editor. Nothing about your signature depends on leaving it there.
Fair use
Do not use Subsigno to impersonate another person or organisation, to produce deceptive or unlawful content, or to point at images you do not have the right to use.
Please do not automate submissions to the opt-in or the logo finder, or attempt to overload the service. It is a free tool with no account system, and that only works if it is not abused.
Images stay with you
Subsigno does not host your images. A logo or photo is loaded by the reader’s mail client from the address you supply, so keeping that address working is up to you. If it stops resolving, the image breaks in mail that has already been sent. The one exception is the social and contact-line icons, which are ours and served from subsigno.com.
Availability and changes
Subsigno is free to use. What it offers may change, it may move, and it may stop being offered altogether; these terms may be updated too. Your drafts live in your browser, so there is nothing of yours on our side to move — apart from details you chose to give us through the opt-in, which the privacy notice covers.
Applicable law
Subsigno is operated by Solvetus from Portugal (the legal notice carries the full identification), and Portuguese law applies. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement.
